About Project Limelight

MLM companies are masters of disguise.  It comes with the territory.  To successfully market highly priced niche products requires a carefully crafted image of success and benevolence.

Based in Palmetto, Florida and founded by a former school teacher and coach, the “black, green and bling” company is, at first glance, a shining example of the American dream.

On the surface, an aspirational, faith based image lures women in with promises of lucrative income via a side hustle peddling premium priced niche health and weight loss products.  They certainly talk the talk.  Money can be and has been made.  Their actions, however belie a company bent on extracting maximum value from their sales force to line their own pockets.  Sellers are encouraged to purchase overpriced “gear” and event streaming subscriptions.  Products are reformulated and prices increased while the portion sellers get paid on is decreased.  Compensation plan changes are sold to sellers as improvements, when in reality the end result is lower pay.

The “friendships, fun and freedom” mantra so often touted certainly applies to their ownership, who flout private islands, private jets, helicopters, thousand-acre ranches, and waterfront mansions.

To maintain this ultra-lavish lifestyle, ownership has carefully crafted a culture of total obedience, where yes-men are rewarded and dissenters who speak out are gaslit and ostracized.  More is always expected.  What’s given is never enough.

Leaders disgusted with what they’ve seen behind the curtain that make the bold move to leave the company do so at great risk – they face character assassination via rumors spread through the remaining field of payoffs, and often expensive litigation.  So far this cult-like strategy has worked, and worked well.

Thats why we founded Project Limelight.  It’s a space for those who’ve been abused and intimidated at the hands of this company to speak up, speak out and share their story.  So please join us in our quest for accountability.
